由同濟(jì)大學(xué)主辦，中國(guó)意大利商會(huì)推廣，同濟(jì)大學(xué)中意學(xué)院十周年慶系列活動(dòng)之“第五屆意大利企業(yè)日”招聘會(huì)將于2016年12月9日在同濟(jì)大學(xué)四平校區(qū)綜合樓舉行。

Hosted by Tongji University and promoted by China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, the 5th Italian Career Day will be held on the 9th December 2016 at Zonghe Building, Siping Campus of Tongji University as one of activities of 10 anniversary of Sino-Italian Campus.

 

來(lái)自不同行業(yè)的知名500強(qiáng)外企現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與應(yīng)聘者面對(duì)面溝通。本期現(xiàn)場(chǎng)招聘的企業(yè)包括：倍耐力、馬瑞利（汽車(chē)零配件）、柯馬（工業(yè)自動(dòng)化）、依古姿尼、納圖茲（家居）等，意大利各行業(yè)最知名企業(yè)提供最新職位。

Well-known top 500 foreign enterprises from various industries will communicate with candidates face to face, including: Pirelli, Magneti Marelli (Automotive components), Comau (Industrial automation), iGuzzini, Natuzzi (Household design) etc, which are the Italian Top companies in the industries with the recent job vacancies.

 

本次針對(duì)意大利企業(yè)的招聘會(huì)活動(dòng)是意大利企業(yè)與本土人才的交流平臺(tái)。前四期的活動(dòng)取得了巨大成功，200多家意大利企業(yè)與1800余名中意人才進(jìn)行了2300多場(chǎng)面試。

The job fair served for Italian companies is an exchange point between Italian companies and local talents. Previous editions has been very successful with more than 200 Italian companies involved, over 1800 candidates (both Chinese and Italian) and more than 2300 job interviews.

 

絕大部分與會(huì)意大利企業(yè)對(duì)求職者的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)和活動(dòng)的整體組織給予高度評(píng)價(jià)。其中20%以上在活動(dòng)結(jié)束后錄用新人。

 該招聘活動(dòng)為學(xué)生們提供了與知名意大利企業(yè)面對(duì)面交流的機(jī)會(huì)，了解他們?cè)谥袊?guó)和在意大利的發(fā)展、企業(yè)文化以及有關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的全面的實(shí)用信息。

 意大利企業(yè)有機(jī)會(huì)介紹他們?cè)谥袊?guó)的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略，和來(lái)自同濟(jì)大學(xué)以及其他高校的中意求職者接觸。

The vast majority of participating Italian companies have appreciated the quality of candidates and the general organization of the event. More than 20% has hired new people after the Italian Career Day.

The Job Fair provides an opportunity for the students to have face-to-face communication with the well-known Italian companies, to understand the companies’ development in China and Italy, company culture and all-rounded useful information about the professional fields.

Italian companies have the opportunity to introduce their China business strategy and get in touch with potential candidates, both Chinese and Italian, from Tongji University and other relevant Universities.
